Very bad experience. I called asking for natural nails 5 minutes before coming in. When I sat there I explained again to the guy that I wanted NATURAL nails. He then proceeds to cut very short half of my hand and I stopped him once I noticed. He tells me it is better to have short nails for fake nails. I explain again I DONT want to do fake nails and I am trying to keep my natural nails long ??? I was already very annoyed because God knows how long it takes to get my nails that length. After that he proceeds to STILL cut my nails short. I stop him again. He finally stops cutting my nails short. I choose a color and ask if it will be just like on the mock nail or very clear because I don't want clear. He confirms it will be “like this” as he points to the nail. I know have super clear and short nails:) as opposed to what I very clearly asked for. Never coming again and I wouldn’t recommend you either.

Amazing service, they’re very soft and delicate when they’re doing your manicure. 10/10.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.😭 I do not recommend this place. just a French manicure that I asked for and they can't even give me the result like the photo I provided. Since the beginning i told the guy . The white line are way too big , he said no finish . At the end when I mentioned it was not like my photo. Their employee scream on me. They told me that if they had to do it again that they were going to charge me 30$ more and instead of starting again to satisfy the client , he told me that his salon is closed so he just remove all the polish from my nails and let me leave like this . WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. FIRST TIME , LAST TIME.✌🏽
